I chose them because of their 5 star Google rating which proved to be correct. When I called, I actually got to speak to a worker, possibly the owner (Joe) which is always appreciated. I described the problem, and he quoted me a $350 minimum service call charge which I thought was fair given the amount of damage to my gutters. A tech called within a few hours and arrived quickly. Before I could drive to the bank and back, the job was done. A down spout was replaced and the gutters re-hung and reinforced. Workmanship was solid. Thank you Joe, Chino, and Chino's co-worker.

From start to finish, K&B Gutters were the absolute best out of the 3 companies we got estimates from. K&B listened to what we were trying to do, explained what they recommended & answered all of our questions. It was very apparent that they had a great deal of knowledge and experience with seamless gutters & the unique challenges we Floridians have. Everyone I spoke to was polite & knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being "sold" and instead felt like I was being helped. They weren't as expensive as I had thought it would be and it was worth every dime! The installation was fast and it looks absolutely fantastic!! Overall the work was great, the guys completed the work very fast. They were very nice. As for the communication, we discussed what I wanted when the estimate was given. The flow of the gutters was done incorrectly but I guess it’s better that way? That’s what I was told. Also it was very difficult to get an install date. I was told next week maybe, deff the following. I called on a Friday at the end of the week where it would maybe be done and they told me I was on schedule for next Tuesday.... I don’t understand why I wasn’t told? Rather given a vague one and half week window?

Thank you Shaun for your feedback. We are disappointed that we didn't earn a 5 Star review. We'd like to clarify that it is impossible to give an exact date 2 weeks in advance. We wish we had the ability to do so, but as you know we are in rainy season and it has rained nearly every day for two weeks. Our crews are unable to work in the rain, and so if we cannot work on a Monday, those customers will get their gutters installed on Tuesday, and we have to move everything around. It has been a daunting task but we try to satisfy all of our customers needs. That being said, we can only give a rough estimate a week or two in advance, and then as we approach the date we call our customers a day or two before to schedule as weather permits. As for the flow of the downspouts, before collecting payment, we sent our master technician to verify the work performed and the position of the downspouts will prevent your backyard from being flooded. I hope this clarifies your concerns and appreciate your business.
